- Strong testing of the Android Binding by a proven game development team, release of a Game Engine/Toolset on top of
the binding under the “libpng/zlib license” license.
- AAA Games using Ardor3d-Android will be released on the Android marketplace bearing the A3D
logo (if approved by Josh et al) as a “Powered By” technology, giving A3D-Android commercial visibility.
The toolset used for the game(s) will be released under the “libpng/zlib license”.
The games themselves will be closed source.
