FYI. Playing with obi's voxelization code, you can now add a giant seymour in rock by pressing 'G' (just a test for easier inclusion of buildings etc)
FYI 2. Added a very ugly gun with longer range to the inventory for good measure...
FYI 3. Movement should be smoother.
FYI 4. I seriously need to add sound soon :)
FYI 5. Let me know of any bugs or performance issues.

Now back to ship creation and NPC enemies!

Haha makes it kind of weird :) Could add in a filebrowser that lets you pick collada files just for fun i guess heh.

FYI 35: 'F7' takes you into cheat-fly mode (only in webstart version)

Will ArdorCraft be source opened? A freely licensed block based world would attract more developers to Ardor3D. It would be fun to play with an Android version.

my 2 cents here but I feel like Rikard has a lot of novel ideas on different ways to diverge from the existing blockworld games... Would be nice to have an Ardor3D game making some money for us to use for continuing Ardor3D development. 8-) (just a thought?)

I agree.

I agree. Ardor Labs should be interested in situations where more money is earned, not less, because of software freedom.

Might be of interest to other developers, here are four screenshots showing only the baked lighting in ArdorCraft (no textures or water etc): http://min.us/mveP8EQ

Thats effectively very interesting, for those who are trying to implement some sort of block world ;) One needs to face the lighting problem to understand what you made !

Very nicely done. Real good smooth movement - and cool landscape. Can't wait to see how this goes further.

BTW: Pressing "g" does create a hole for me, not a mountain.
