I have no more bugs under Mandriva Linux 2010 with LWJGL :D The changes of display mode are more annoying with LWJGL than JOGL/AWT because all my icons are moved but it is not very important.

Vivendi Games and Electronic Arts wanted to hire me 2 years ago (I refused for political reasons)

I'm curious, what were the political reasons?

I'm against working for a corporation partially for free, I demand all additional work (overtime) to be paid whereas these corporations are accustomed with asking their developers to work far too much and they sometimes do not pay for the overtime, it is not acceptable on my view. I don't want to sacrifice my whole life including my personal life for a job, any job, even a very interesting job, even though the salary was impressive.

I accept doing some paid additional work but it has to happen only very rarely because I want to have a real life outside my job, some time to love, some time to develop TUER/JFPSM, some time to play video games :D ...

Our lives are more important than their benefits...

Finally, charging blindly all users the same way is not fair on my view, it excludes people who can not afford the games. When I was young, I had no computer and only a little money, I would have felt better if more games had been available for free or at least for a reasonable price. 75 Euros for a game that is easy to finish in 10 hours is not worth it.

I agree 100%. That pretty much one of my first questions in job interviews: Am I expected to work overtime? Even if they pay overtime I still don't like it. Like you said, we need to live our life outside of work. I turned down few good paying jobs until I found my current job, a perfect job in a perfect city. There are plenty of great jobs out there if you're willing to move.

In any case it's better for the companies too. My work performance in much better when I get enough rest and don't work overtime.

Any job where one could work with Ardor3D would be a perfect job ;)

Collecting, Analyzing and Visualization of data in 2D and 3D with the use of Ardor3D would be the perfect job description! :)

Yes you're right, I work better when I sleep enough and when I make love enough often  I'm not willing to move because I bought an house near Paris, my "roots" are here. As I spend a lot of my spare time in developing TUER, it compensates the fact that my job is sometimes boring:
